Quiet day today. Went shopping at Walmart. Got some tea and water and not much else. Had my son with me. He grumbles the entire time, and says he doesn't want anything
until we get home then grumbles that we don't have what he wants. He got BBQ chicken and sauteed green beans tonight. Have to go pick up some protein at the Pig tomorrow - don't buy from Walmart except frozen or processed, which I am trying to avoid.

Splurge day. Taco Bell. Not my favorite, but executive decision. Fire sauce is wimpy! 25 hr fast first. No problems. Will continue.

My son got hungry and wanted hamburger patties. So, yes I stopped my window 2 1/2 hours early, but I kept with my no wheat! I'll just start the fasting clock back on my Zero in about 20 minutes or so, when I finish eating. It helps that he is willing to go NO Wheat too. Feeling pretty good. Sticking to OMAD for me, which looks like it might be a winner for me. I can still have a few carbs (chips or veggies) and maintain weight loss. I use 9" plate or smaller for each meal.

45 minutes to go and I will have fasted 23 hours again! Now its time to cook.
Make it 23 hours. Love me some hot wings. I just cube up chicken breast and add my homemade wing sauce for "Chicken Lips" Same flavor - no bones. Going to slowly eat my chips and start again in a few minutes. I can really tell a difference in how I feel, and my fingers are positively skinny for a change.

Calorie crash - OMAD. Just completed my 48 hour fast!Water and pink salt get me through. Munching on a few sour cream and onion potato chips and bologna cheese, non sandwich, no bread just bologna, cheese and a little mayo. Not my favorite, but it will do! El cheapo 2 - $3 special.
