Life is good.
Getting back to my list of things to do. Checking off several this week. Too cold for outside stuff. Supposed to be colder and colder the rest of the week.
Looking forward to warm weather next week! Blessings to all of my FSF!

Crazy times. Hubby's aunt Carolyn passed away unexpectedly. The funeral was a drama filled, sad day. We had house guests all weekend. I didn't eat as well as I should have. Learned Hubby's last uncle has metastatic cancer and he is in organ failure.
Good friend at church passed away 6 months after his wife. I'm preparing and serving Salisbury Steak dinner for the family and friends at the church. They are estimating 50 people.
Stop the world, I wanta get off for a minute.
Done complaining now.
I'm thankful for the ability to do the things I need and want to do.
With God's help all things are possible!

Doing better on calorie deficit. Protein and water up and carbs down. 3 days and counting. The weather is bitter with wind chills in negative teens and twenties. All I want to do is curl up with a blanket and a book. Feeling blessed to be able to stay indoors.
Prayers for the homeless and those who must be out for work. 🙏🙏🙏

Whoosh! More water really does help flush out the excess! Looking back at my diary was enlightening too. I can see when I was making excuses and sticking my toe over the line. Macros weren't where they needed to be and an extra few calories per day Adds up!
Praying that my brain and body are back on track!

Been struggling for the past few weeks. Fibromyalgia pain has been worse. Probably due to crazy weather changes.
Thought I was doing better.
Drinking more water, calories below target, started with 5# dumbbells some days, moving more, sleeping more.
Looking back over the last few days, Sodium has been really high. Had smoked sausage and kraut, and BBQ pork ribs with onion rings and baked beans. Hopefully this is water retention.
