Went solo kayaking in the open waters (braved the fear)! Gave up snack bars and made chia flax berries + macadamia almond pudding in full fat coconut milk & black coffee. I chugged slightly thin pudding from mason jar. Did 12 miles & paddled w/ dolphins!

Found a can of pumpkin puree while doing pantry spring cleaning. I’m not much of a baker but will give a crack @ Keto/low-carb pumpkin pie.. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼Happy Saturday!
