Happy Hump Day everyone!
68 hours water fasting doing well. Got my road bike
from storage. Haven’t ridden in 2 years 😬 want to get back to the saddle. I need training wheels! 😁😂

Ran 9 miles yesterday without stopping (1st in 2 yrs!) slower pace than usual but I’ll take it. Grateful my body remember how to run :) did 4 miles of hiking today in perf weather.
Monthly 72-hours water fast 36 hours in. Have a great week everyone! 🙌🏼

Received a whole brisket last week from a friend who participated in BBQ Rodeo cook off. I realized BBQ is a huge deal here. :) Froze the leftovers and made brisket broth/soup!

Glad to be home! Would like to introduce Astro I recently rescued. A couple saw a man dumped him on the road side. The shelter had a hard time looking for a home due to his energy level and size. Vet approved homemade treats and snacks and steaks 🥩 😁
