It is just a week I'm monitoring my diet, and I'm a bit struggling to get it right honestly. Apparently I should consume 2500 calories in a day, but I managed to reach no more than 1200 so far, forcing a bit myself. Not enough to work on my mass. How to get all these calories without assuming unhealthy food, without unbalancing my 15% daily fat intake, and without eating a big mass of food? I've never thought I could face this kind of challenge!

Vegetarian low fat pasta with a 2/1 ratio carbs/proteins. Wholewheat fusilli pasta(80g) in red kidney beans(42g) cream, fresh paneer cheese(50g), chili pepper(5g), marjoram(0.5g), smocked paprika(1/2 tsp) and 0.3g salt.

Losing some small bags from the hips and the belly is my target. At the same time I also practice some calisthenics exercice to increase my mass. So 'm not sure I will lose much weight. I'm currently following a pescetarian diet balanced with 50/35/15 carbs/proteins/fat macros
