Blend 100g of red split lentils with marjoram, 6g jalapeno, 40g sunflower seeds and a pinch of salt. Add 60g of wholewheat pasta and 84g of drained sardines.

Wholewheat fusilli in chickpeas and mature ceddar cream. Smocked paprika and 6g of chili for an extra punch.
