Day 65. Wow the weather is horrible. The lightning is popping everywhere. I got in 15 minutes of my 45 minute walk so far. Hope to finish before work. Oatmeal and banana breakfast, lunch packed. Watching Erika and hoping the storm stays off the coast this weekend. Have a great day everyone!

Day 64. Up a half a pound. Surprised it isn't more due to the fact I over indulged this week. The exercise helped keep that in check. Lesson learned that exercise is key to helping keep the weight down. I never really paid much attention about that until now. I just took the shedding pounds for granted. Eye on the prize!! Here is to a good day and week! Post script. I had every intention of going to Kiwanis today but work kept me busy all day. All of my calories were eaten tonight. I am still WAY under which isn't good but I am no longer hungry.

Day 63. Back on track in both diet and exercise. It is a daily struggle that has to be taken one day at a time. In the past 63 days I have slipped up a few times . However, the scale for the most part takes a downward trend. It is not always going to do that and I will not be discouraged. I can see the big picture. Eye on the prize!

Day 62. Yesterday I went on the see food diet. I saw it I ate it. So today I skipped breakfast because I really wasn't hungry. I did my 2.25 miles in 45 minutes , packed my lunch and off to work I went. Tonight back on the dinner plan. Eye on the prize.

Day 61. I WON the contest officially. I have also lost 4 inches in my waistline . Down to 42 from 46. Now on to my next short term goal. I want to lose 20 pounds in the next 60 days. October 23rd. 235 pounds. Up early this Sunday am. Did my 2.25 mile walk in 45 minutes 2 eggs and 4 oz of BBQ Chicken thigh (no sauce)for breakfast. A LOT LESS sodium than bacon. Have a great day everyone!
