Day 85. No movement this week. Not surprised . This happens every couple of weeks. Exercise has been lacking this week. Like today, it is still dark out and raining. I have to be at Homestead Miami Speedway at 7 am for Cadillac ATS V training. Could be a FUN day. Keep your eye on the prize even when the scale doesn't move. One day at a time!! Have a great day everyone!!

Day 79. Walking right after a rainstorm in South Florida at 9 am is crazy! It is nasty hot and real humid. I did it anyway. Oatmeal breakfast and a tuna with Kraft olive oil mayo lunch is packed. Lunch gets divided into 2 meals, no hunger during the day. Saturday is a walk for the 9/11 fallen. It happens to be 2 miles so I get to exercise and do it for a good cause. Remember eye on the prize and one day at a time!! Have a great day all!

Day 78 of this crazy journey. First of all let me say I never thought 78 days later I would be writing in this journal or still taking my morning walks. I have now begun to short jog some of the route. I am still eating my oatmeal breakfast. I won the contest that I wrote about when I first started and now I am looking foward to losing the next 30 pounds. If you want to get an idea about how much weight you have lost, pick up a full U.S. Gallon of water. It weights approximately 8 pounds. I have lost more than 4 of those. So much less stress on my body.EYE on the prize you all!! Everyone can succeed! One day at a time!! Have a great day everyone!!

Day 77. Up and at it early today. 45 minute 2.25 mile walk. Check. Oatmeal and banana breakfast. Check. Lunch packed. Check. Ready to take on that 10 hour work day. Check. Not sure what to expect for tomorrows weigh in. Hopefully a little loss. Eye on the prize everyone!! Have a great week!

Day 76. Happy Labor Day to my fellow Americans. Sunday I got in all of my exercise. Thank god because I tore up the light beer at the Moose Picnic. I was so hungry when I got home I ate a pound of chicken thighs . ONLY 560 calories by the way. Back to work this morning. Oatmeal breakfast and tuna sandwich lunch packed. The rain here has been horrible for the last two days. I will TRY to get in my walk today. I don't belong to a "GYM"as I have all I need except a treadmill at home. I like to walk outside. I find a treadmill becomes a clothes hangar over time. Enjoy your day all!! Eye on the prize!!
