Day 45. Really busy day at work yesterday No time to write in the journal. Continuing with the Breakfast and lunch plan. The dinner plan recently has been liquid calories.No excuses.Tonight back to the food plan. Have a GREAT day everyone! Eye on the prize! One day at a time . Accountability.

Day 43. I stepped on the scale 4 times to verify this weigh in. I am extremely pleased. The highs and lows of weight loss. Today is Kiwanis meeting day which means a stop at Golden Coral.No worries , they have great vegetables. Have a great day everyone!!

Day 41. Oatmeal ,blueberry, banana and egg breakfast. I only did a 2.25 mile walk in 45 minutes this morning. Lunch packed and ready to go.Ready to tackle this 6 day work week. Eye on the prize ! Have a successful day everyone!!

Day 40!! Wow it has been a great ride so far!! Sunday fun day. Oatmeal blueberry and banana breakfast. I am out replenishing food for the upcoming week. Slept in til 9 am then did my 3 mile walk in 1 hour. Ran into an old friend at BJ's Wholesale Club and first thing out of his mouth was "Looks like you have lost some weight!" Great positive reinforcement . YES! remember everyone ONE DAY AT A TIME! In it to win it! Eye on the prize! Have a GREAT Sunday everyone!

Day 39. Oatmeal, blueberries and egg breakfast and lunch is packed and ready.. NO WALK this morning. I had a very difficult time getting to sleep last night. No caffeine late , no tea etc. Anyway, today is my 13 hour day at work. Tomorrow is my day off. I will be getting in all my exercise early as the afternoon monsoon season has begun in South Florida. I actually missed not working out this morning. That is a good sign. Eye on the prize! Have a great Saturday all!
