The scale is slowwwwwly moving down. I need to be patient but wow, is that my least developed characteristic!? Somedays, I literally feel like I'm working so damn HARD, just to lose 100 grams. I have lost 8.1 kg in 11 weeks...I know it could've been more - Christmas was a feast! But I'm getting there in the most sustainable way ever. Gentle calorie deficit and I walk 2-3km every day.

And here we go! The road to summer holidays! Starting my own 12 week challenge!! In August I lost 8.6kg. I've gained 3kg in the last 2 weeks from eating like an absolute imbecile! But no more! Let's go!

I've reached a point in my life where I just don't want to go out anymore and be seen. I hate my body and when I go out, I'm forever always in the middle of trying to do something new to lose weight. Only thing is, it never works and I'm never consistent. My husband and I love watching the rugby together. He loves watching it in the bar. But there's SOOOO many people there. Some who have seen me literally half the weight I am now. ☹️ I'm just so fuckn sad and full of self-hatred now. Even if I do something about my weight and it works, it will be mannny months before I or anyone else sees a difference. Some have said "Wow, You have gained a lot of weight." "Your cat has gained weight, taking after it's owner." I know it's silly comments and shouldn't be taken serious. But don't you think I hate myself already? Don't you think I've tried?

Another week & another weight gain! This week I am doing it differently! I meal prepped for every meal for 5 days. It only took me 4 hours. (There's got to be an easier way!) I am capping my calories at 1680 - 1750. Keen to measure my success after 7 day
