Drunk. right now. Why. Cause need of fridge space. GF bought a six pack for a friend of hers that supposed to visit. Her visitor didn't show up, and this six pack has occupied fridge space since. Today I needed every inch of fridge space, as I got 30 pounds of meat, and processed 25 of them. what to do with a useless six pack. She had one, and I had the other five. So there. I'll probably weigh 300 pounds tomorrow, so I'll take a 3 day holiday from the scales. I use a tiny manual stainless meat grinder, and doing 25 pounds of semi hard frozen meat in that little thing was a hard workout. Five hours of bike ride is a walk in the park in comparison. So.. well... kind of fun to be drunk for a moment. been a long time since last.

Lipophobia (fear of dietary fat) is common around me. A through flew through the other day. Loosing weight involves consuming our own body fat. According to Lipophobia this would be very bad. All that body fat would lead to high cholesterol and heart disease. Does it? Nhaa, rather the opposite.

Feast yesterday. Normal day ahead today.
Made a plan for the next gathering. Will prep a carnivore picnic pack, and take them to my favourite waterfall. Basically provide a taste of prehistoric times.

Dream came through today. A far away friend came to visit, and we gathered at first as a group of five at the ice cream restaurant. None where keen on sweet, and we ordered just one naked scoop each. Chat there a long time and hunger called.
Then I invite them home to me, and I cook up a carnivore feast for them. They ate well, and I felt so pleased to be able to serve. Brought bright light to my previously dark view on what I saw as sugar loaded socializing.
This was a heck of a lot of fun, and now this far away friend invited us to bbq at his place. There is a life after carbs. Super happy.

Better loss than expected. Yesterday was not clean so my expectations was low.
Heavy rain outside, so it will be another rest day today. Cannot do bicycle anyway, as the skin needs healing. Saddle sore.
