GF is not big on compliments. In the beginning I gave her a compliment, and she told me off. Shut up, don't talk sweet, the ants will come. Had to laugh. Yesterday she gave me a compliment, sort of. She looked at me closely, and said my original hair color is coming back. Ok then. Photos should tell over time I guess. Maybe I just needed to eat more of the essential foods.
Anyway, 3.5 hours into my weight lifting work day. At 3 hours my power went down. Could only do 3 bench presses. Filled up with four sausages, and could do 8 shortly after. Now the sausages should mostly be digested, so I hope for a higher number in a bit. Have to do some work on other muscle parts first. Rotation.

One hour into weight lifting this morning, and I feel warm and good. Hope for a full day workout. The lower back need more rest, but is strong enough to support use of other body parts.
Breakfast was a couple of eggs and 12 small meatballs. The meatballs have added fat, so I think suitable for food early in the day. Dinner will be skinless chicken breasts.

My belly fat feels like it's gone down this morning, so I got tempted to step on the scales. Unlike other gains in the past, I feel good about this one. :)

Asafoetida Powder arrived. Got the LG brand as shown in pic. Tried with a quarter teaspoon per pound meat in sausages and there is a hint of onion and garlic flavor in the sausage. Will try with half a teaspoon in the next batch.
Interesting herb. See they use it in baby food, to avoid having a baby that cries from stomach pain. Affordable too.

Sometimes I wonder if it is the meatballs that contain various liver varieties that brought on the high energy I've felt lately. Liver is a rich source of B vitamins, and it is called the energy vitamin.
Before I tried to have liver on a regular basis, but I'm not good with 'regular basis' stuff. Tend to forget after awhile. Mixing liver into daily food works better for me.
Tried something new yesterday. Eat chicken breast till so full that I cannot eat one more bite. Came to 2.5 breast pieces. Got very warm after. Nice sensation. Then tiredness. Thought this might be a good meal to sleep on.
When I ran out of muscles to rip up, I started some lower back exercises. Got some muscles ripped up there too, and they are still in healing mode. Feel safest to let them heal another day. Need the core strong for control I feel.
