Walked by the scales yesterday and stepped on. Read number, step off, and say 'good enough'
Wake up with sore muscles. Not too bad, but sore. After a long dumbbells session, followed by a big protein meal, I went out on a 4.4 hour trip on the bicycle, partly in heavy rain. High energy day.
Sit here and wonder if I should take a rest day. I now know that high activity requires more food on the plate. So with that, I may eventually find a way to go upwards in steps. Eat well for high activity, then when good and sore, eat moderate for the following resting days. Will focus on that for a bit... and see how thing goes.

Time to fuel up. Exhausted most muscle groups this morning, and need to repair the damage done. My plate look almost like a normal person serving. Home made sausage, meatballs, and turmeric fish cakes. Bet my numb muscles will feel much better in a short time.

Yes, yes, yes. I've only been awake one hour, and in between coffee I go and lift weights. Got my bike gloves on, as my hands got red and sore from all the lifting yesterday.
So what happened? I had five beers, and my body swelled up so much that I did not want to step on the scales during the detoxification days after. My body just hates carbs. I took off my fitness tracker also and had a holiday without technology. No tech, no worries. Spend my time eating a lot of proteins and read about health stuff as usual.
I've never liftet weights as a first thing in the morning like this. I've never lifted weights like I did yesterday. I still do not know if a bug bit me, or if it is the fact that I do not worry much, and just overeat proteins. Have to use time for that one. Feel ready for another set of lifting, despite being slightly numb in the muscles already. May overdo this already... and crash. But a crash makes one stronger, so... no worries.

Morning with a difference... got this strong desire to lift weights. Huh? Ask myself why, and believe it may be due to reading that

I have eaten more meat since reading this and believe the desire to lift comes from this 'overfeeding'
Maybe it is a clue to start building? It feels like it is. On Aug 22 I did body measurements, and set an alarm for doing them monthly thereafter.
I feel it might be time to trust the biological sensores, and leave tech alone for a bit. I know for me it is important to keep carbs out to feel great. Carbs makes me feel like crap. Now when I do all meat from scratch, I do not need to fear additives that screw things up. Ahead.. tech off, bio on.
