Sleep is getting better REM Sleep was at a new all time low at only 12% last night. Take that as a sign of the mind is at ease, and do not need to dream much. Normal range is 10-30%. Still got a deep sleep continuity issue to deal with, but do not know how to fix that yet.

Went by a temple on my bike ride today, and snapped a photo. Wanted to check if that beer yesterday gave me any superpower, but nhaa. Like without carbs, I get a bit light headed after 3 hours of non-stop cycling in 90f in the shade weather. Keep forgetting to bring glucose, to see what that can do at the 3 hour mark. All I bring is water. Will get on that glucose thing one day.

Result from having just one small can of lager beer yesterday. Take it with a smile. I enjoyed the beer, and expect a big loss tomorrow. :)

After cleaning out a 7 year old problem over the last two days, I kept asking myself if I have more tasks like this. Could not think of any, so I may be done.
Gained from quitting Nikotine, and now have a gain from dealing with an old social/economic stressor. Not a big price to pay really. Good investment.
