So after reading some stuff for my health class I found that I need to reduce my calories from the 1800. If I want to average about a half pound to 2 and half pound weight loss a week, I should have no more than 1550 calories and no less than 1200. Especially with the workouts I do, they are heavy. I am learning a lot from this class, I am not going to put foods that are OFF limits. I am guess its going to kind of be like weight watchers in that sense, because I do not want to feel deprived. I am going to aim to have 2 fruits, and 4 servings of vegetables. The best thing I can do is try to eat a balanced diet, of fruits, vegetables, protein and carb intake. If I make it through today it will be day number 6 of no drinking. So thats good, my boyfriend and I are both trying to refrain from drinking.

Kenpo X today- which I put in as boxing because its the closest exercise! I am excited I really enjoy this video! :)
