I cannot believe that I still have not lost. Nothing! I had a bit of an emotional break down today to my boyfriend. He says he sees a difference in my body, my legs and bottom. He says my body is replacing fat with muscle, he says I will probably start loosing in the next two weeks. After weighing myself today, it made me want to throw in the towel. I am working my ass out hard core, and nothing. Its so defeating! And it is not like I do not have a lot to loose, I mean if it was my last 10 pounds or 20, I could see that. But its not... I have a lot to loose. So what gives!?
I am thankful for how I feel working out. I like it. I am happy my boyfriend is encouraging me, but bleh. I need to see some movement on the scale. Just one frickin pound.

Well, I did not do as well camping as I would have hoped. I know I would have done better with the carbs had I not drank. But that is ok. I got back yesterday and I am back on it. I went to the gym yesterday and tried to eat as best I could. Back on it fully today. I have not lost nor gained any weight. So it is a good thing that I have not gained. I feel better and stronger!

Well! I am off for camping for a few days today! Bringing food that will not be too unhealthy. However this is my one vacation for the summer and I do tend to enjoy it. :) Going to try my best to eat right, but going to allow some carbs :) Wish me luck!

So, I weighed myself again today and still nothing! Ahhh! I am still feeling good, but I must say it is uber dissapointing to loose nothing after 10 full days. It is my 11th today, yes its a life style but man I would like to see ONE POUND come off. I know loosing at a moderate pace is best because that is weight you keep off. BUT STILL! It would be nice to see that stupid scale move. I am not going to weigh myself again until next thursday!
Off to step class, I know that will make me happy and I will feel good doing it.
