Second day of the FSD day one down of nine! Just need to get through today! I just keep telling myself nine days is nothing! :) I am sure I will loose a little weight on this! Even just one pound would make me happy! But I am shooting bigger than that! I am also going to TRY to remember to get my measurements so at least I can see my progress there.
I am feeling a little nauseated from this diet but I think its because I need to eat more frequently. Because it seems to subside somewhat after I eat. Anyway, no cheating.... just keep repeating 8 days to go! Thats nothing!

So! I start the Fat Smash Diet today, I am going to do the first nine days anyway and that should get the scale moving! I am excited :)

Feeling somewhat energized today. Exercise yesterday felt really good! Feeling energized about this week and about the possibility of doing the fatsmack, I may just do the first nine days to see if I can get the weight to move on the scale. It is a different type of diet that I have never done, so maybe that is what my body needs to zap it.
Oh! And as part of a challenge I need to pick two things out about myself that I love. Well, I guess I love my hair when I actually do it because it feels nice'n soft and looks a lot better! And I love my personality. I feel I am pretty pleasent to be around most of the time and I am happy to be somewhat childlike.

So, I barely signed in this last week because I was being bad. I only worked out like three times. I got pretty depressed about not seeing any weight come off so it sent me into a binge. I am back now, feeling better, mad at myself but at the same time I need to move on.
