8,200 steps according to the noom walk app. Yeah me.
And instead of binging on junk food when a neighbour upset me, I went and walked the "mad" off. I'm tired of punishing myself when other people are mean to me !!

Struggling with pain today which always makes it hard to stay on track food-wise, sigh. I have the rotten luck to have fibromyalgia which makes exercise trigger flare-ups. Not the best incentive for getting active, I'm afraid. Walked about 3.5 kms yesterday, hurt like a son-of-a-gun today. But overall this week I have walked about 12 kms, cycled about 5 km, done a 30 minute water work-out and stayed mostly on track with my diet. It just sucks to take painkillers because I bloat up like a balloon and the scale goes up :-( So no real progress to speak off. I think I better stick to the water workouts and cycling because I can do more and trigger less pain that way.

Have had some success with my plans this week...have increased my intake of vegetables, increased my exercise, stayed close to my calorie goals and am working on clearing out the "bad" foods from the pantry. Made it out of the grocery store without any junk food temptations.
One of my greatest challenges is buying a variety of food choices as a single person. It's difficult to purchase fresh food variety without having things go bad before you get to eat them.
Happy 4th of July all.
We Canadians had our celebration on the 1st, :-)

Does anyone else find themselves cranky and irritable with reduced calories? I do. Maybe it is just that without junk food to sooth my emotions, they get free rein. I must remember to go for a walk or a swim when I feel this way, since my usual method of taking a nap just makes all matters worse.
Can someone tell me where the buddy requests show up? I received an email that I had one but can't find it to approve it.
