PANCAKE : kentang (100gr) direbus/kukus sampai empuk lalu ditumbuk/hancurin pakai garpu, tepung terigu (14gr), 1 butir telur, air mineral (10ml), semua dicampur jadi satu lalu aduk rata trus tinggal panggang di teplon anti lengket pakai api kecil. SAUS MATCHA : gery chocolatos matcha (10gr) diaduk dgn air mineral (70ml), fibercream (1sdt) <kalo ga punya boleh skip>, masak sampai mendidih, trs tambahin tepung maizena (1sdt) yg sdh dilarutin dgn air (30ml). Jadi dehhhh, selamat mencobaaa 🤗 kalo mau lebih enak adonan pancakenya bisa ditambahin keju parut🤤

Kalo mau bikin lebih banyak porsinya tinggal disesuain aja yaa tarakan bahan2nya sesuai dengan selera dan kebutuhan kalori masing2 😉
