Turkey Rolls

Turkey rolls with a cilantro mayonnaise spread.

Directions

  1. Place slice of turkey on a lettuce leaf spread with a tablespoon of cilantro mayonnaise.
  2. Add scallion and a pepper strip.
  3. Fold into a tight, cigar like roll, and enjoy!
