Tomato Mozzarella

Live the Italian way. Healthy and reduced risk of heart attack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut mozzarella (if not cut), and cut tomato. (Tip: whole milk products can be substituted with low-fat).
  2. Put the mozzarella slices on a plate and add tomato slices.
  3. Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over mozzarella and tomatoes.
  4. Add basil leaves (they are for eating, not only decoration).
  5. Finished! You might want to enjoy 1-2 slices of French baguette or ciabatta with it (if you diet allows it).
