Tomato Mozzarella

Ingredients
Directions
- Cut mozzarella (if not cut), and cut tomato. (Tip: whole milk products can be substituted with low-fat).
- Put the mozzarella slices on a plate and add tomato slices.
- Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Add basil leaves (they are for eating, not only decoration).
- Finished! You might want to enjoy 1-2 slices of French baguette or ciabatta with it (if you diet allows it).
