Spinach and Fruit Smoothie
Great for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put strawberries and spinach in blender.
- Add water to consistency you like, about half a cup, and a few ice cubes.
- Blend. Add honey. Blend further.
- Instead of honey you can use Stevia.
- Note: don't be afraid to substitute ingredients. This is a great way of getting in fruits and vegetables (without being disgusted) as this will taste sweet.
