Shrimp and Vegetable Pasta

A simple and easy nutritious pasta meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as per package instructions.
  2. Cook shrimp in a separate skillet or bake in oven (if not precooked).
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and broccoli.
  4. Add peppers and stir. Vegetables should be crisp but cooked. Add basil and oregano.
  5. When pasta is cooked, drain well and return to pot.
  6. Add margarine and stir.
  7. Portion pasta to plates, spoon out the vegetables and shrimp and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add parsley.
