- Cut fish in 3" x 1"pieces.
- Dip in milk, then in flour, and again in milk.
- Make crumbs with remaining ingredients.
- Sip in crumbs. Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake at 450° F (220° C) for 10-12 minutes.
