very friendly for the complementary meal though it was bland for my taste. I think I will add a little more seasoning in the future.

OMG!!! This was so tasty. My kids have asked that I make this dish once a week. They were so amazed and impresses at how much it tasted like the HIGH CARB & CALORIES Porkchop Pineapple Rice dish their Papa makes but was much healthier (without the carbs and overload of calories). It was absolutely yummy.

I cubed the pork chops and increased the marinade to make more of a sauce. Served over brown rice...yum yum!!!

These chops are amazing! They are super easy to make and totally delicious. I hate dijon though. I substituted a beer and brat mustard instead so it has a little more bite to it.
