I'm on a water kick again... AND I did actually start doing yoga. Yesterday was a disaster, but today I found an easy floor moves yoga that I can do. www.yogayak.com ... :) Woot. :)

Notes to self... and others. Yoga is not relaxing til you know how to do it... and probably not until you've already lost some weight. I'm assuming. Because I don't know how... and I gave up after 30 min because I was in tears and couldn't do it... and the weight thing... well... it's hard to hold that pose and relax, and take deep breaths... while there are boobs or excess body weight blocking a windpipe. I mean really.

Ok so... I slipped and stopped trying for a while there. *slaps own wrist* lol. So I'm not surprised that I'm back to square 1. I'm going to start doing yoga at LEAST 5 mornings a week while oldest is at kindergarten, cuz I realized I had the place to myself, mostly, because others are still in bed or out at work. My 3 yearold is... well probably... going to do it with me. :) I also have two friends now, who are going to do this with me. Yay us!!!!
