Ok so I kind of went crazy last night. I have yet to finish entering what I ate last night which was really not all that bad but I am sure I went over my 2000 calorie intake. So I guess I will go do that.
=( over by 555!

Day 2…*sign* I have to keep this going. I did pretty well yesterday. It just gets so hard at night when your down but can’t go to sleep. Want to snack. Did not go pass 2000 calories but I did eat a 2 sticks from a Kit Kat and 3-4 Rolos. Pulled out winter clothes and my size 16’s from when I lost weight years ago and I got in a size 16R that I could not fit pass my hips…WOOHOO! Feels good!

I hit my highest at 250 last year. I never considered myself fat. I kind of was in denial at the time. I would watch the Biggest Loser and someone would be near my weight or at my weight and I would say, “I don’t look like that!” When in reality I looked just like that. I was stressed, depressed, having relationship issues and worried about finances and found relief in junk food and very little else. Six candy bars at a time, a dozen of donuts of which I would give my kids one or two. Cakes meant for 6 or more people I was hiding in my closet and eat myself. Suzy Q or zingers and hot fries with 2 or more code reds (Mtn Dew) ended my day in bed watching tv. I looked like a beached whale. I was kind of glad when they shut down for awhile. LOL! The summer before I was taking my son bike riding, and kayaking, canoeing. We were always doing something. When I found out I could no longer continue my goal of becoming a teacher due to finances and had to leave school I started looking for a part time job. Which I started Nov 12, 2012, which was an office cleaning job 3 hours a night 5 days a week. I also work 8-4:30 at a morning job I have been at for 21 years. So it was leave work at 4:30 and make it to the cleaning job by 5. I would usually walk because it was maybe a mile or less away from my first shift job. I was happy for a few months and the weight started pouring off. My daughter was surprised to see me one day and wanted to know what I was doing to lose so much weight. I really did work my butt off, but was always in pain. That was something I did not understand. Wasn’t my body supposed to get use to this by now? I started feeling faint and tired all the time. I finally went to my doctor in August of 2013and weighed in at 213. GREAT, AWESOME, WONDERFUL….nope I was sick. All my test with my blood came back pretty low. I had to take iron pills, high blood pressure pills and was put on birth control pills to control my monthly’s which had gotten really heavy and victim D pills. I also went to the foot doctor because it was times where I could not stand let along walk. I have hemoglobin C disease which usually do not cause problems in most people but being stressed and over worked really took a toll on my body. I ended up being off work for 3 weeks and had to see a hematologist for the second time in my life. I was told if they could not figure out why my blood count was so low I would need a bone narrow biopsy. I was scared as hell. I got rest took my meds and stopped worrying so much and gave 2 week notice on the second job. On my revisit to the doctor everything was back to normal….for me anyway. I was happy. Now I am scared that I will put the weight back on not working out 3 hours + a night 5 days a week so I looked for support and found fat secrets. Hopefully I will stay the course and get down to my goal.
