I am slacking big time.
Used one of my Volunteer days packing boxes for Seniors at Hunger Task Force yesterday. Our whole work group did 1,280 boxes. That is AWESOME. Nice little workout.
Have not been keeping track of intake. Had Bake sell today to raise money for Hunger Task Force. Spent TOO much. Ate TOO much.
I am getting back on track tomorrow.

Ok I workedout. Went jogging. LOVED IT! OMG! It felt so freaking good. I did go over on calories but not by much and this took me back under and my gut is going g down and that makes a world of difference.

I went shopping. Lean Cuisine was not on sale so I got Marie Callenders. Higher in calories and salt UGH! But its better then Frito Lays and code red for lunch.
Legs were sore and it was cold, I am in Wisconsin, and my ears hurt in the cold so I am looking for ear muffs. Did walk to store and carry back grocery so that was a nice little workout. Plan on going jogging/walking tonight.

I am falling into old habits. I have to get control. At least I see them. I had no lunch today. Well I did....Fritos chili cheese corn chips and a code red....UGH! Going shopping this evening. Can NOT put the 37 pounds I took off working that 2nd job back on.

Ok So I slacked off over the weekend with tracking my intake. Not good. However, I did not over eat more like under. I know I need to eat but I just don't be hungry and before I know it it's dinner time. I did go walk jogging and that was nice. Released some stress and legs kind of sore but felt good. Down a pound, happy about that. After two months of no coffee…the high calorie lattés…I goofed and got one and it is not all that good. So upset with myself.
