MAY 1st - Can you believe it???
Anyway, just wanted to share with everyone that you all have been wonderful and very supportive. I did great yesterday, well I think I did. Here's what I ate. I would love any feedback.
Note: Im not specifically doing fat flush, but trying to monitor what I eat and trying to exercise. Please let me know what you think.
Breakfast: Hard Boil Egg, and half apple
Snack - Protein Bar
Lunch - Chicken strips (Grilled) 200 calories, 2 carbs,
Snack - cottage cheese that comes in individual containter
Dinner - Chicken Breast, and mixed veggies
Exercise: 20 minutes Cardio (treadmill)
20 minutes weight stations (hamstrings, quads, inside and outter thigh machine)The butt machine, and 200 situps
Water: 64 ounces of Water...

Ok, so here we are April 30th, and I have officially started a diet. If thats what you want to call it. Im not really following FF however I am going to be recoding what I eat, exercising, and following some type of plan. High protein, low carb, eating every 2-3 hours and drinking lots of water. Plus I am taking quickslim (any body try this)
so we will see how it goes.
Wish me luck!

Soooooo, I havent really gotten a lot of responses, but I have read alot of ppls journals, messages, etc and its a bit relieving to know I am not alone.
I am still motivated and today, so far I've had coffee (starbucks) just with some half and half and splenda, and had lunch already..Spam with pepper jack cheese. SPAM, I know, but its pretty good actually.
Im not quiet sure what diet plan I am approaching but from past experience carbs just dont do me any good, so maybe a bit of atkins, stay with the good high in protein foods, and low in fat, etc. and maybe throw some of the other plans in there, and from what I read, water is key.
I wish there was just a miracle pill, but there's not. SO here I am taking small steps. Until Monday when I return to work and hit the gym.
I cant wait.

OK - I think I've tried it all, so why not another one.
Going to start somewhat today, although I already had plans to get my iced vanilla latte from starbucks...hmmm?
My real plan is to surf the site for ideas, diets, suggestions, etc. so far I like this one. I really want to start on Monday, the 30th, and go from there. If I can lose 7-10 by May 18th...i will be happy. Its alot of weight in a short time, but hence the name of the diet, hey Im only hoping.
