slowly, but surely! have been bad about logging on the weekends, b/c it seems my "free" day has sometimes turned into 2! no harm yet, but will keep my eye on it for sure!

had a pot-luck at work on wed. my willpower went out the window as soon as i smelled the fried chicken! once i ate that i decided i may as well enjoy all the sides & desserts as well. oops! came home and did zumba. didn't gain this week, but wanted to lose a little! oh, well. my own dumb fault!
