So this is officially the most I've ever weighed...I'm not happy about it! Being today is the beginning of lent, I feel motivated to make some good changes. I want to take better care of myself physically, and that starts with eating Sunrider 1x a day, getting rid of junk food & sweets, and getting to the gym more often! It's not horrible aggresive, I feel it's very do-able. Days I can't get to the gym, I plan to at least do some push ups crunches, jump squats and jump lunges to at least keep myself moving for a few min a day more than normal. I can do this.
