Today I making up a meal plan for the control of dietary intake. I am counting carbs, calories, fat, fiber and protein. I am working in accordance with a dietician. I have been doing really good through the day but at night i binge and go out of control. I have accepted some help of an appetite suppressant prescribed by my physician. Today is the 1st day i took it and it seems to be working very well.
