Willingly cheating on my diet today. I've suffered a great loss in my life within the past few days. My 2 1/2 relationship with my fiance came to a very dramatic and painful end. I need to regroup. Sobriety in tact, I am spending the day with my son and enjoying some good food. I'm still going to record all my calories and food intake so I can look back and know what NOT to do. I am still completely motivated to continue on with my diet goals. For once in my life, I am focusing on what is good for ME. It feels great!

So, I decided to change my goal weight from 220 to 180. Let's hope I'm not biting off more than I can chew. However I want this really bad!
