Hello
Hello I am new on here I just decided today that I want to become healthier. Tomorrow if the roads are good I will be going with my mom to her nutritionest class for her lap band that she is working to get. I am a little scared to go down this road but know I must for my health and if I want to have kids down the road. Looking for anyone that is willing to support me in this goal. Right now What I am finding is that I am not eating enough calories. As of right now I have only eaten 900 and some odd calories today and it is almost 6:30pm. Any advise is appreciated.
