I did walk today which is a good thing. Better than nothing. I am still hungry at the end of the day but I used all of my points today. Going to have to find something to take my mind off of food.

This week is starting off bad. I am having a hard time staying with in my ww points and I have not done any exercise. I will take my walking shoes to work tomorrow and do a little walking on my lunch hour. It is better than nothing.

I have been putting my weight loss on the back burner latley. The only thing that I have been doing is tracking my food but I need to increase water intake and journal more. That will be my goals for this week.

Did not do as well this past week as I wanted. It was so busy. Lost weight and that was a good thing, it has me motivated to do what I need to do this week.

This will be a big weekend for me. Seeing my sons birthday cake will be a big temptation. Hope I can be strong. Looking over my history I am headed in the right direction, just need to keep doing what I am doing and I should be okay.
