Today I feel:
I'm unmotivated. Today I have to do HIIT. I should have got it out the way in the morning. URGH! I think I'm just going to lace up my shoes and at least touch the inside of the gym. Let's see what happens.
Family Thoughts:
Too much to do, too little time. I have family coming in town tonight so I have to stay focused and make sure I work out first thing in the morning before life begins.
Workout
: Overall workout is going well. I hope I'm not working out too hard and stressing my body.
Food:
it's hard getting all my meals in. I'm busy and not hungry at all. I've been supplementing with protein shakes just to at least hit my macros for protein. My trainer is suppose to change up my diet soon.
Misc:
The scale weight is stalling but my body is definitely changing. My legs are improving the most. I feel strong and more fit now. I'm out of my rut.

Journey to the Stage
Today I feel:
I feel like I am running uphill but falling backwards. This is so hard! I talked to a fellow competitor and she said what I am going through is normal for your second competition season. It really test your resolve.
Family Thoughts:
We had movies and munchie day because my son finished his reading program and it was difficult to get through. I knew that I couldn't allow myself to be hungry. I stuffed Kale in my mouth and had a little more protein just to keep me satiated.
Workout:
I still haven't worked out hard yet. I'll get back to it.
Food:
I just wish cheat days would come a little sooner!
Misc:
I wish my body could talk. I don't understand why I can't lose weight. The math isn't adding up and I hope I didn't damage my body in any way.

Note to self: Zero carb day (because of cheat day yesterday). Completed 1-hour of cardio (semi-fasted; green juice only). I am trying to burn the carbs from yesterday.
I didn't eat over my maintenance calories on my cheat day.
