The Days when you can't weigh in!
The Scale is not your friend! There are so many changes that happen inside your body that the scale can't quantify. Weigh yourself at least weekly if not longer. Water weight fluctuates from minute to minute. Judge your progress by how well you stuck to your diet and exercise plan. For days when you're away from home, preparation is the key to success. use protein shakes, 4-6oz of chicken breast in a baggy and place it in an insulated bag. If you have access to a microwave, buy the steamable veggies. Good Luck! It's hard being away but you can do it.

Bob Sled Runs! 15 mins and you're done!
Here's what you do: (1) Turn the treadmill on and increase the incline to as high as it will allow.(2) Turn the treadmill off, place both hands on the handle bars and make it go for 30 secs. (3) Jump off and rest for 30 secs BUT remember to start the treadmill as you rest so that it won't shut down. (4) After 30secs rest, hit stop, place your hands on the bars and make it go! Start with 5 runs. If you can do 10, you kick BUTT! BEWARE: You may throw up! this is extremely intense but effective for burning stubborn fat.

is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
Find a beautiful scenic route, play whatever music that will put you in a peaceful mood, and take it easy! After building endurance, time yourself using www.mapmyrun.com and put on the "live tracking" setting so you can monitor your pace and you run. You can also challenge friend using that application for a friendly competition! Have fun!
