Finally went running today and it was good. Very good I might say. A good three mile run with a fairly large hill in the middle to really get those thighs pumping. I struggle to actually get out and get running back into my routine. Planning to run again on Saturday then follow on up with a run on Monday after work with coworker Stephanie. I've been sloppy keeping track of my calories and this weight just won't come off no matter how good I think I'm eating. The gym is getting a refab this week.. so it should be super cool next week and maybe that will convince me to go? I can only hope so... I learned alot about water today... you need it!! And lots of it... Trying to drink my mandated amount of water.. perhaps this will be the key to weight loss. Fairwell journal.

Watching calories is harder then I thought... I have gone to bed hungry a couple nights now even though I'm consuming so much! Trying to motivate my self to go the gym...
