Two day's to go and I've eaten more food today than 3 people should! Ok, it was a xmas party at my pregnant neice's house. Let's see:

Oatmeal for breakfast (started out good, anyway)
Turkey and muenster cheese on flax and whole wheat bread (ok)

It goes downhill from there:

2 slices of homemade artichoke pie
Roast Beef
Baked Ziti (hey, she cooked the sauce for 12 hrs!)
8 stuffed mushrooms (she was gonna throw out the last 5! Blasphemy!)
Broccoli with high fat sauce
Italian Pastry.

I can truely say that I am absolutely topped on the fatty foods. Tomorrow looks like an oatmeal, salad and fruit kinda day. Tomorrow night I toss all the unhealthy foods. My poor muscular 18 yr old son will have to search elsewhere for junk (not that there is that much junk here to begin with).

I can't wait to start with the exercise program. Well, I'm lazy, so, yes I can. But tomorrow is my last lazy day.

Enjoy your last bad meals, my friend. We can hide from each other, but not from ourselves. :o)
