I didnt enter food Sat & Sun Oct 12 & 13 big weekend at camper. Food was not prime concern entertaining trick or treating. I did pick up some candies and white breads. Sun I had oatmeal Salads cheese peanut butter pumpkin butter tj bread I do not remember food I did not eat on schedule
I definitely did not think of myself before the weekend and traveling. Food for everyone candies for trick treaters entertaining but not my yogurt, protein shake, how to limit carbs. \

be wheat free quinoa, steel cut oats, peanuts I am holding water most likely from the wheats
I did lose fat even tho weight is up from water gain
when there is no exercise low food intake ok
