Frozen dinners
Just an update on the frozen lunches thus far as I appreciate everyone's help.... but I wouldn't waste your money trying them out. Our store only had 3 to choose from but none of them were good at all, I couldn't even choke them down! I would stick to a homemade chicken salad for lunch!

Frozen dinners
I'm not sure where to ask a question but does anyone know if the frozen south beach diet meals or okay to eat during phase 1? I just realized that they have those at the store and that would very much help in planning meals if I could eat those on the go? Any feedback?
