1. Wake 8:30am., Vitamins, Breakfast-2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 toast, bottled water, coffee no sugar.
2. Gym 11:00am-12pm
3. Snack- 15 mixed nuts, 1 tangerine, 1 bottle water, coffee no sugar.
4. Lunch- Spaghetti with meat and lean turkey italian sausage (homemade)(1 cup)
5. Snack- 15 mixed nutes, 1 bottle water, coffee no sugar, 1 tangerine.
6. Dinner- Italian meat sauce, meat balls, Italian saugae (2 cups) no Spagetti
7. Snack- Trader Joes Spankopita 2 servings (310 cals, 32g carbs, 12g protein, 16grams fat.
8. Jack Daniesls-6.7 ounces, 15 mixted nuts, 2 bottles water.
9. Bedtime- Sleep, wake-up and repeat.

1. Wake 6am, vitamins, breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 pork sausage, 1 french roll, bottled water, coffee no sugar
2, Gym 7:45 a.m to 8:45 a,m.
3. Vitamins, bottled water,
4. Snack- 1 apple, 1 tangerine.
5. Lunch- fish and chips (leftovers from the night before, tartar sauce, Ketchup
6. Snack 22 almonds, 1 apple, 1 cup of coffee no sugar, 2 bottles water.
7. Dinner- Spaghetti, meat and Italian sausage
8. Snack- 1 tangerine, 22 almonds, 2 bottles water.
9. Bedtime- Sleep and repeat.

1. Wake 5am, Vitamins, breakfast 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 3 bread, 3 slices of cheese, 2 bottle of water.
2. Gym 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 am.
3. Snack, 1 apple, 12 almonds, 1 bottle of water, 1 cup of coffee.
4. Lunch- Italian chicken sausage soup with vegetables, 1 apple, garden salad-balsalmic dressing. (No carb lunch, with exception of apple)
4.5 200ml (6.7 ounces whisky) Jack Daniels. Well, thank God its Friday!
5. Snack-1 apple, 12 almonds, 1 bottle of water
5.5 Dinner- Fish and Chips, cose slaw, diet pepsi 7. Snack- 1 bottle of water, vitamins., 12 almonds, 1 apple
8. Bedtime, hit the hay, sleep, wake up and repeat.

4. Vitamins, 1 bottle water, coffee no sugar.
5. Snack- 1 apple, 12 almonnds
6. Lunch- 2 El Pollo loco thighs plus one cup of salsa, No carbs.
7. Snack- 1 orange, 1 bottle of water., 1 pack of almonds(12)
8. Dinner- Italian chicken sausage soup with vegetables., 1 pack of almonds (12))
9. Bedtime- sleep, wake up and do it again.

7. Snack- 1 orange, 1 bottle of water.

9. Dinner- Two pollo loco thighs, 1 cup of salsa.
10. Snack- 1 apple, 1 bottle of water.
11. Bedtime, sleep, wake-up and do it again!
