I'm a 27 year old female from Canada. I am hoping to lose about 10 pounds over the next few months. I know my current weight and goal isn't as significant as some, but I have gained about 25 pounds over the past 3 years and I am definitely not feeling my best lately. My blood pressure is also higher than I would like. I have a bad habit of turning to fast food and eating junk at night so this will definitely be an adjustment.I have never been able to stay on a diet for more than a few days so I am hoping I will be able to stick it out and reach my goal this time!
