Extremely tired today...little one up at 5:30am. Hopefully won't turn into a day of eating myself awake!

Well I haven't been doing well, noticed a drop in my milk supply when I cut out carbs, but hopefully I can walk the fine line between losing weight and keeping my supply!

Weigh-in: 250.0 lb

Diet followed poorly

Just got back in the program after indulging in carbs since the baby was born, have to forego dairy since the baby can't handle it. I miss cheese!

still to go: 71.0 lb

Well Bailey Anne was born on Feb13. We are adjusting well I am so excited that I weigh less now than before I got pregnant!

well...I am doing well with the pregnancy..I went off the plan and developed gestational diabetes...so back in maintanence I go...The dietician recommended a diet for me but when I try to follow it my blood sugar goes awry so I will eat what I feel is best! I need to go get some ezekiel bread though.
