After my spiritual awakening, my food just didn't taste good anymore. I didn't know what was going on, till I realized I just wanted fresh fruit and veggies. So I've been eating healthfully, staying away from GMOs and after 15yrs vegetarian, I'm not fully vegan.
I do yoga daily as well as I meditate. I feel better than I ever have!

Ok so I'll write down what I had the 20th. I can't quite remember what I'd had before that day, probably nothing much, but for supper I had Sushi Garden. There I ate (on a date with my little man Tie); spicy seafood udon soup, vegetable & one shrimp tempura, some spicy avocado rolls as well as spicy crab meat rolls, spring rolls and this vegetarian thing (can't remember what it was called) followed by the teeny, tiniest piece of deep fried banana with a tad chocolate drizzle. It was laughable, really lol. Then that night I'm pretty sure I had some cookies (with two fat fighter pills).
On the 21st here's what I ate... a bite of Tie's cookie (he insisted lol), a cream cheese bagel, a cheese, some candy and a rockstar energy drink. Also for supper I had a bean burrito wrap.
Now, I'm under a lot of stress right now. I feel like breaking down and just hiding from the world forever... sort of. But I will keep strong. I'm supposed to have my hair done today (if my hair dresser recuperates) and that'll truly cheer me up! Change is sometimes good right? Then tonight, I am going for drinks at the good ol' Rubber Boots. I'll sing some karaoke and hope to see some friends there. From now on, aside from the kids, *I* am numero uno! After my lovely, perfect little children, I will ALWAYS be first. I will make ME happy.
I AM beautiful and deserving of love! I AM a good person! I am not perfect, but I AM wonderful!!! So I'm gonna keep at it so I can be all that I can be!

I'm going through some major life changes at the moment and figured I might as well give this whole health and weight loss thing a try again. I've been taking Advance Fat Fighters from itworks for a little over two weeks now and it's working amazingly well... but now I want to add the exercise and actual healthy eating to it all! I want to be the best me I can be! I want to look and feel amazing inside and out (though I know I look good at any weight, I guess a part of me just wants to throw it in HIS face!!)
I've done it before, good exercise routine and healthy eating... I can do it again!!

I've been doing good. This weekend I didn't get to do my work out because I was doing a bunch of my parties but carrying all those bins were a work out all on it's own! Also, Friday and Saturday I didn't get to have both smoothies but I really didn't eat much. I got right back on track though asap. Glad to see I still went down a couple pounds :)
