When I was 13 I was very short and 208lbs. I joined weight watchers and had gone down to 170lbs. I then quit following the diet and went back to 190. Five years ago before my first pregnancy I was very careful with my diet and worked out at home, 20 mins of kickboxing every other day and I did 50 sit ups (with the help of a sit up thingy) twice a day, and lots of walking. I had gone from 190 to 160.
Then I got pregnant with my daughter and I gained 70lbs bringing me up to 230lbs. After my pregnanct I went back down to 190. Then I somehow gained 40lbs and lost it again. Wow, writing it all down I see how much I've been yo-yoing my whole life! ANYways, I got pregnant with my son, who I had in April 2011 and had went up to 255. So far I've managed to get back to 220. And thats where my journy begins...
