Aww one week on the 7 day challange and I made it! I lost 3 lbs! If I can take it day by day and stretch it into week by week I may finally accomplish this! I don't want to reward myself with a "day off" of the diet, I can't go shopping, I think a good pat on the back will be good enough for now. :0)

Okay - this is it... the new year and 2010 is going to be a Fantastic Year!!! Time to get on the wagon and get to work!! This weight is coming off!! My Birthday is mid April (14 wks) and I want to be down at least 25 lbs. That sounds resonable, right?! That would be about 10% of my current weight.
Now Let's Get To It!!!
