crud.
typical i'm sure - got away from my routine 1.5 months ago - never got back to it. here, let's try again.
The last 2 weeks I have been less strict with myself.
I just did a 2 week 'fiber/milk thistle' detox program, & stopped taking an antidepressant I've been on for a few years (did a lot of research, & replaced it with natural supplements).
(Btw, don't quit on your own ~ I have a network of people who are aware I'm making this change).
I've had house guests off & on for months(living room my recent bedroom), and I'm still unemployed.
Just now, I'm back to feeling able to resume my diet/exercise program again.
I feel like a fool for taking FS for granted (journal, diet calendar, weigh in)... I need the structure & support:).

Woo-hoo! I did it! I haven't weighed in for a while - as I mentioned in previous journals, I haven't been too quick to get back on my exercise regime.
Well, I woke up & thought, ok-you have to check some day...and what a nice feeling-my goal weight.
I did do a long fitness ball workout Saturday, and my legs are sore today. I am so positively motivated by reaching a goal, I am sure I will do my pilates/yoga tonight.

Slow but steady...I did a little stretching last night - it's not much, but something. I also am limiting dairy & wheat again...thanks goodness. No weigh ins for a while, though - I'm not ready for that:~)
On the non-diet side of life: I had a fun blind date last night, and we're going out again today:)~
Thanks FS pals for the dating & safety tips last time - I didn't know about the safety calls & such...works wonderfully.
I'm gonna be COOL...

I don't wanna! Still not back on track...so easy to fall out of healthy habits - why is that? If you think about it, eating fruit, veggies(whatever your healthy choices are) etc. is yummier(and leaves you feeling WAY better) than bagel bites/fatty dips, yet still the temptation prevails. Hmmmm...why, oh why?

Hi!
Back from vacation, and considering minimal exercise & WAY off the diet, I am surprised/pleased with my weigh in:)
Hope everyone's been well...
It was a nice break from the daily concerns - back to find a job;)!
