I'm not doing bad today but yesterday I had ice cream .I know I shouldn't of but went with the family an my kids said I deserved it well I have to ge stronger .I kniw I can do this an I will I'm determined .

Well I' m doing good feeling hungry most of the time .Wish I could figure out why I'm definitely eating enough till I'm satisfied .Well I'm not givinb up I can do this

I'm not having a good day I need help someone please help .I feel down an not happy with my self .I have been doing the adkins 7 days an well I'm not sure what I'm doing maybe its the slpenda .But I only have 2 a say or coukd it be tge adkins bar ? Any advice thanks

Omg I'm so hungry an why oh why I'm doing what I should still wanting sweets so more protein it is . I'm doing well other wise .My family has been supporting me but has no clue of how to go without bread,pasta,etc.... lol
