Day 5!
though i only signed up for and began using this site today, i am currently on day 5 of my attempts at a diet. right now, i am nearly the heaviest i have ever been and it needs to change so why not do it now, right? better now than never!
i usually don't buy into weight loss gimmicks but after watching my boss have a successful outcome with them i have decided to succumb to the raspberry ketone trend. i know there is no proof that they work however i'm going to continue to have hope.
aside from the raspberry ketones my current diet includes drinking strictly water (no diet sodas, i said goodbye to my daily coffee, etc.), eating a lot of veggies (usually tomatoes/cucumbers/bell peppers/spinach), almonds as snacking food, and a lot of lean meat and chicken. i have also cut out virtually all carbs and sugars!
my biggest problem with dieting is feeling like i need to weigh myself every single day to see my progress even though i know that isn't healthy. i didn't do it this time around, i managed to stick it out and not weigh myself again until today and i have found that in just the last few days i have already lost 5 lbs. yes, i know, it's most likely just water weight but it's a start that i am pleased with!
